    We have created this set primarily as a functional balance beam, with which you will strengthen not only the feet, ankles, knees, and hips but also the deep muscles and deep stabilization system of the spine, which is essential for proper posture and healthy development. It is ideal for the prevention and rehabilitation of valgus ankles, collapsed arches, and weakened core.

    But that's not all. Orthopedic mats develop imagination, fine motor skills, coordination, spatial orientation, right-left orientation, and reaction speed.
